This role will ensure smooth HR processes along with tracking sales team performance and improving accountability across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Management:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee performance management and appraisal systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.

Sales Follow-up & Coordination:
